Hi, I’m Krista

I am a spirit dreamer, communicator with the hidden realms, soul guide, Reiki & Shamanic energy healer, who is here to help you reconnect with your soul’s wisdom. I call this re-remembering. I have been on a 54-year journey of re-remembering in this lifetime. From the earliest of ages I could hear messages from animal and human souls – here and from across the veil. When my father passed over 22 years ago, the time to heal and re-remember had arrived. A wise teacher once shared with me that a number of my guides had transitioned to the other side and were waiting for me to get on with it! 

I immersed myself in a yoga practice, and attained Level 1 Reiki. I devoured books, took courses, and learned. I discovered how to listen to my guides (spoiler alert – my father was one!) and trust where I was being guided. I often worked with animal guides, and was led to train in Animal Reiki (Level 1 and 2), Animal Communication, and Shamanism. I have learned that shamanic energy healing has been calling me to walk its path since I was young. I am honoured to be on this path and work alongside you and your guides on your soul’s journey.
