Online Introductory Journey Sessions
Shamanic journeying is a way to receive direct guidance and wisdom on an issue or concern in your life. It is a like a deep guided meditation.

Tree Spirit Journey Walks
The natural world is always talking to us. Trees and plants have wisdom and guidance to share. These intentional walks will help ground and connect you with nature and open space for listening and receiving a guiding message. 1st Sunday of every month from May to October.

Connecting with All That Is (2 – 2.5 hrs)
A heart-centred guided journey to connect you to your energy body, your heart centre (source of and connection to All That Is), each other, a tree, plant, water, rock or landscape element (natural energy source), and the energy of a loved one – human or animal (here or across the veil).
Cost = $45/person
Working with Your Guides (2 – 2.5 hrs)
Each of us has a team of guides – animal spirit guides, ancestors, departed loved ones – ready and waiting to help on our soul’s journey. Learn how to journey into the unseen realms to connect with your guides and receive wisdom and guidance on who you are in this lifetime and what story you are here to heal.

Healing Past Lives (2 – 2.5 hrs)
A guided journey to bear witness to three past lives and heal those parts of yourself. This is not a past life regression, but a healing of those parts of yourself that are stuck.

Releasing Family Ties (2 – 2.5 hrs)
We are part of a family consciousness with our ancestors and soul family who came before us. Imprints can remain on our entire soul family for generations, becoming the blueprint for patterns that we unconsciously repeat. This session will help you to identify and release these old patterns.

Learning from Death (2 – 2.5 hrs)
Transitions are a part of life – everything from moving homes, schools or jobs, to changing or leaving relationships, to the ultimate transition of death. There is no end, only transitions, and death is the ultimate skill of letting go. This guided journey will help you receive a teaching about your relationship to death, and letting go, at this time.

Becoming (2 – 2.5 hrs)
“The Nature of our relationships with our places is critical to our ideas about who we are and what it might be possible for us to become” (Sharon Blackie). This is a journey to connect with the essence of ourselves.
